Moist and easy to handle by small hands. They are good fresh or out of the fredge with some butter, honey or your choice of jam. My little one loves them with raw haney and grass fed butter.

Utensils

  • blender (or a grinder and a large bowl)
  • pan
  • 1/4 measuring cup

Ingredients

  • 80 g apple (1/2 apple)
  • 75 g pear (1/2 pear)
  • 75 g peach (1/2 peach)
  • 2 large eggs
  • 120 g whole wheat flour (1 cup) - or 1/2 cup whole oat flour and 1/2 cup whole wheat flour. You can have them gluten free with just oat flour but they will not be so fluffy.
  • 245 g whole milk (1 cup)
  • 5 g baking powder (1 teaspoon)

Directions

  1. Cut the fruits
  2. Put all the ingredients in the blender and blend for about 1 minute - if you do not have a blender grate the fruits and mix them together with the other ingredients in a large bowl
  3. Let the mixture aside for about 5 minutes
  4. Put the pan on a medium heat and use the measuring cup to create the small pancakes
  5. Enjoy!

Serve

Serve them directly with some maple syrop, honew, butter or some fresh fruits.

Store

In an air tight container for up to 3 days.

Note: you can change the fruits but try to keep the ratio and do not add more then 200 g of fruits. I changed for example the peach with half banana. And one time I tried with a whole pear and 1/2 apple. Or do them with blueberries or strawberries.
